Home inspection and consulting – primarily inspections associated with a real estate transactions, we also help people solve problems in their home.
How long have you been in that profession/business?
More than 30 years of inspecting homes.
What is your favourite service to offer?
We love helping our clients to better understand their home better – so much misinformation out there. Whether its your first home or 10th, we will do our best to help you own your home/investment – both at the time of inspection and for as long as you live there!
Tell me about your connection to the north shore?
Arrived on the Northshore for the first time almost 50 years ago! I know it’s the best choice for me every time I return back from away.
What is your favourite North Shore winter thing to do?
I bike year round and appreciate being able to ride outside through the winter even when its moist!
What is your favourite North Shore Summer thing to do?
Summer biking on the road or trails cannot be beat!
Tell us something about yourself that most people do not know?
First home inspector/inspection company to use a bike/ebike to travel to/from inspections (still use a car as needed). Good exercise and good for the environment.
