Alisha Dagenais – Notary Public

I’m a fully mobile Notary Public serving the North Shore. What sets my practice apart is the flexibility to meet clients at their convenience, be it at their homes or workplace, including offering evening appointments. This flexibility not only caters to my client’s schedules but allows me to get out and about from behind my desk and immerse myself in various neighbourhoods of the North Shore!

What is your favourite service to offer?
My favourite aspect of my work is not tied to a specific service but rather the privilege of assisting individuals and families during pivotal transitions in their lives. Whether it’s navigating the legal intricacies of real estate transactions, or discussing and drafting estate planning documents like Wills and Powers of Attorney, I find immense satisfaction in guiding my clients through these significant milestones in an approachable and thorough manner, so that my clients feel supported in the process.

Tell me about your connection to the north shore?
I was born and raised in North Vancouver and continue to enjoy living and working here today.

What is your favourite North Shore winter thing to do?
I love taking in the magic of festive decorations, especially with a hot chocolate in hand! Some of my favourite spots to take a stroll in the Wintertime are the Park & Tilford Gardens, the Shipyards, the Dundarave Beach Festival of Lights, and Park Royal Village.

What is your favourite North Shore Summer thing to do?
One of my favourite summer activities is paddle boarding in Deep Cove on a sunny day, followed by a well-earned Honey’s doughnut.

Tell us something about yourself that most people do not know?
Most people don’t know that I have a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Microbiology! Throughout my undergraduate degree, I thought I was going to pursue a career in Science. During my studies, I took a business law course as an elective, and I enjoyed it so much that it planted the seed to deciding to pursue the legal field.
